Cary police said they are investigating the September death of a 5-month-old boy as suspicious.

CARY, N.C. — Cary police said they are investigating the September death of a 5-month-old boy as suspicious.
According to a search warrant, a woman woke up to find her baby under a plastic bag at Cheswick Place on Sept. 18.
The document also said the woman is suspected of drinking and doing drugs the night the child died.
No charges have been filed in the case.
