Cary man faces drug, weapons charges

A 27-year-old man faces charges that he sold cocaine from a house in Cary, according to arrest warrants.

CARY, N.C. — A 27-year-old man faces charges that he sold cocaine from a house in Cary, according to arrest warrants.

Xzavier Ozmozis Suarez, of 607 Branniff Drive, was charged Friday with possession with intent to sell and distribute cocaine, maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana.

The warrants state that Suarez sold drugs from the Branniff Drive home and was in possession of a black .32-caliber revolver.

He was placed in the Wake County jail under a $40,000 secured bond and scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Suarez was convicted of felony receiving stolen goods in Greenville, S.C., in 2004 and sentenced to probation, according to the warrants.
