NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump has been indicted by a Manhattan grand jury, prosecutors and defense lawyers said Thursday, making him the first former U.S. president to face a criminal charge and jolting his bid to retake the White House.

Police arrested a Cary man Friday who allegedly downloaded sexually explicit photos and videos of children as young as 8 years old.

<b>CARY, N.C.</b> — Police arrested a Cary man Friday who allegedly downloaded sexually explicit photos and videos of children as young as 8 years old.

David Andrew Polley, 31, faces five counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to arrest warrants. 

Police found the pornography after tracking Polley's computer activity from November 2009 to December 2011.

He was placed in the Wake County jail under a $100,000 bond and is due in court Monday.
