<b>CARY, N.C.</b> — Police arrested a Cary man Saturday for sex crimes with a minor.

A Wake County Grand Jury indicted Israel Badillo Barcena, 30, on charges of first-degree sex offense and indecent liberties with a child stemming from incidents in April 2005, warrants state.

Authorities are trying to determine if Barcena, of 302-A Bargate Dr. in Cary, is in the country illegally.

He is being held in the Wake County jail on a $2.5 million bond and is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
