Cary jeweler shares video; Can you ID these thieves?
Like so many modern crime victims, Artisan Jewelers in Cary turned to social media for help in identifying some suspects.
Posted — UpdatedThe jewelry store inside Cary Town Center was robbed around 5 a.m. Monday. Surveillance video shows two people throwing a chunk of concrete through a window to break into the store. The men used the block to smash display cases and were caught on camera dumping items from the cases into a sack.
Both are dressed in dark, long-sleeved tops with hoods or masks on their faces, and one has a distinctive walk.
A post on Facebook indicated that the store would offer a reward for tips.
Cary police said they were investigating a burglary at that location.
