CARY, N.C. — A father and son both charged in connection with the son's ex-girlfriend's claim that she was sexually assaulted were indicted Tuesday on multiple charges.

Dwayne Anthony Frazier, 42, of 522 Siltstone Place, was indicted on one count of second-degree rape, one count of first-degree sexual exploitation, two counts of second-degree exploitation and one count of third-degree sexual exploitation.

His son, Stafon Strickland-Frazier was indicted on one count of second-degree sexual offense and one count of first-degree sexual exploitation.

Cary police say Dwayne Frazier's attempts to disprove accusations that his son raped the girl led to investigators searching his home and finding a video showing him, as well as his son, on camera committing sexual acts with the girl.

The exploitation charges against Dwayne Frazier stem from him making the video, copying the video and showing it to people in an effort to prove the sex was consensual.
