Cars shot in east Raleigh shopping center parking lot
Seven cars were hit by bullets Saturday night in the parking lot of an east Raleigh shopping center.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — Seven cars were hit by bullets Saturday night in the parking lot of an east Raleigh shopping center, police said.
The vehicles were hit near the intersection of New Bern Avenue and Trawick Road. No injuries were reported.
Police were questioning witnesses inside the businesses in the center, which include restaurants, a Food Lion and both Boost Mobile and T-Mobile phone stores. It was not immediately clear which businesses were open at the time the shots were fired.
