Car pushed into I-540 median during wreck

Raleigh, N.C. — State troopers have responded to a wreck along Interstate 540 near Falls of Neuse Road.
Troopers reported injuries in the wreck, which occurred around noon.
Disptach officials could not say how many vehicles were involved, but a sedan had been pushed into the median.
More details about the wreck were not immediately available.
