Raleigh, N.C. — No one was injured Monday when a car crashed into the back of an officer's patrol vehicle.
According to officials, a police officer was directing traffic around a large puddle on Poole Road near Interstate 440. Although the officer's blue lights were on, the other car was not able to stop in time and rear-ended the patrol car.
The driver of the car was charged with failing to reduce speed.
Neither the officer nor the driver were injured.
