West Virginia authorities issued an Amber Alert Wednesday for a 13-month-old girl, who is believed to be traveling with her mother in a car with a North Carolina license plate.

<b>VARNEY, W.VA.</b> — West Virginia authorities issued an Amber Alert Wednesday for a 13-month-old girl, who is believed to be traveling with her mother in a car with a North Carolina license plate.

Crystal Seigler Clark, 38, is wanted for questioning in the murder of her husband, David, who was found shot to death in Varney on Tuesday afternoon. Authorities said she has threatened to harm the child, Chloe.

They are believed to be traveling in a silver Plymouth Voyager with license tag ABM-2212.
