Canes ice Elmo show at RBC Center
The May 31 Sesame Street Live "When Elmo Grows Up" show has been canceled because the Carolina Hurricanes might need the RBC Center that day for a possible Game 6 of their NHL Eastern Conference Finals series against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — The May 31 Sesame Street Live "When Elmo Grows Up" show has been canceled because the Carolina Hurricanes might need the RBC Center that day for a possible Game 6 of their NHL Eastern Conference Finals series against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Any tickets for the canceled performance may be refunded or exchanged at the point of purchase. Tickets may be exchanged for "When Elmo Grows Up" shows on May 28, 29 or 30, officials said.
