BEING OUTSIDE IN THE FRESH AIR, IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR PHYSICAL FITNESS AND ALSO YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. ESPECIALLY WITH THE TIMES THAT WE HAVE GOING ON RIGHT NOW, IT'S IMPORTANT TO, ONE, GET OUTSIDE. BUT ALSO GETTING OUTSIDE GIVES YOU THE FRESH AIR, THE VITAMIN C. IT'S SUPER IMPORTANT WHERE YOU'RE IN THE OFFICE OR AT HOME, YOU'RE BETWEEN FOUR WALLS. YOU NEED TO GET OUTSIDE. >> WE DON'T JUST WORK OUT. WE BECOME A FAMILY AND DO THINGS TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE EACH OTHER. >> IT REALLY MOTIVATES ME TO WANT TO GET UP. EVERYBODY HOLDS ME ACCOUNTABLE. IT MAKES ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF TO KNOW THAT I DID A WORKOUT AND COMPLETED IT. . >> PEOPLE WILL TEXT IF YOU'RE NOT THERE. YOU FEEL THAT LOVE AND SENSE OF A BIGGER PURPOSE THAT YOU'RE NOT DOING IT BY YOURSELF. >> ALL OF OUR WORKOUTS HAVE A WARM-UP AND A COOL DOWN AT THE END. THE MIDDLE IS A FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH CARDIO AND STRENGTH MOVES. IT'S A FOUR-WEEK PROGRAM. IT'S A PROGRESSIVE WEEK. EVERYBODY GETS TO PROGRESS IN A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE WAY. WEEK ONE IS ENDURANCE. WEEK TWO IS STEALTH AND AGILITY. AND WEEK THREE IS INTERVAL WEEK. AND WEEK FOUR IS CONDITIONING. COMBINING THE WEEKS AND GETTING OUT OF THE COMFORT ZONE. THAT'S WHERE THE GROUP HELPS. . >> NOT ONLY ARE YOU PUSHING YOURSELF, BUT, YOU KNOW, ALL OF YOUR COCAMPERS ARE PUSHING YOU AS WELL. . >>> I STARTED BACK IN 2016 AS A GLADIATOR JUST WORKING OUT AND JOINING THE PROGRAM. IT MADE SUCH AN IMPACT IN MY LIFE THAT I BECAME A TRAINER. EARLY MORNING, 5:00 A.M., 6:15, WHAT GETS ME OUT OF BED IS KNOWING I IMPACT PEOPLE. >> SOME DAYS YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK OUT BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK OUT BY YOURSELF.
