Raeford shampoo maker to add 65 jobs
Unilever, a manufacturer of body washes and shampoos under the Dove, AXE, Caress, Suave and Degree brands, plans to expand its work force in Hoke County, adding 65 jobs.

RAEFORD, N.C. — Unilever, a manufacturer of body washes and shampoos under the Dove, AXE, Caress, Suave and Degree brands, plans to expand its work force in Hoke County, adding 65 jobs, Gov. Bev Perdue announced Thursday.
The company got a $195,000 grant from the state that will be part of a planned $35 million expansion. Unilever currently employs 275 in Raeford.
