The new flights, which will add five cities to its list of destinations, will begin Nov. 1.
"Raleigh-Durham is an important market for Delta, and we continue to focus on connecting the city to more destinations to meet customer demand for service," Delta Vice President Jeff Robertson said in a statement.
Delta will add two daily flights to Boston and one each to Minneapolis-St. Paul and John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. Also, the airline will fly three times a day to Orlando, Fla.; twice daily to Hartford, Conn., St. Louis and Tampa, Fla.; and once daily to Columbus, Ohio.
With the additional flights, Delta will have 54 daily flights from RDU to 15 destinations.
