Raleigh, N.C. — Wilson Parker Homes has expanded into the Raleigh market and has started work on two developments in south Raleigh, officials said Wednesday.
Chasteal Trails, which has single-family homes starting at around $140,000, is located off of Rock Quarry Road on Barwell Road. Single-family homes in Tryon Place, at the intersection of Tryon and Hammond roads, begin around $130,000.
Atlanta-based Wilson Parker Homes hired Don Mead as division president in Raleigh. He has more than 10 years of experience with other homebuilders in the area, officials said.
