North Hills will be the restaurant’s first location in Raleigh, following three Charlotte locations and one in Asheville. Pinehurst-based CoolSweats specializes in comfortable and sophisticated leisure clothing for women.

Nativa Boutique offers clothes by top Puerto Rican designers, Henry's Fine Italian Gelato provides various flavors of Italian ices, and the award-winning Salon Blu will open its third Raleigh location.
