A Burger King customer in Ohio called 911 because the employee would not honor his coupon.

On September 13, 2108, a 73-year old man in Lakewood, Ohio, tried to use a BOGO coupon in the drive-through. According to an article from Couponsinthenews.com, the store would not honor the coupon and would not return it to the customer.

So he called the police using the 911 emergency number.

The police arrived at the scene where the man allegedly told the police that he received the coupons in Texas and was told he could not use them in Ohio.

The cashier finally gave back the coupons and no charges were filed against the man for making a nuisance call.

Not surprisingly, the man was informed that he is not allowed to go back to this Burger King again.

Here's a reminder to all of you who enjoy eating at fast food restaurants. The 911 emergency system is for an emergency situation that requires immediate assistance from the police, fire department or ambulance.
