Build-A-Bear offering limited-edition National Teddy Bear Day Bear for only $6.50 Sept. 7-9
Build-A-Bear is celebrating its annual National Teddy Bear Day event with a limited-edition National Teddy Bear Day furry friend for only $6.50 from Sept. 7 through Sept. 9! They are also partnering with Walmart this year and you can pick up a pre-stuffed bear at Walmart locations across the country.

According to their release, the "activities kick off on Sept. 7 with the launch of a limited-edition National Teddy Bear Day furry friend available in stores for $6.50 (while supplies last). For the first time, this year’s offer is also being extended to Walmart stores across the U.S. Throughout the three-day event, guests can participate in fun interactive and experiential activities at Build-A-Bear Workshop stores and exclusive retailtainment events in 2,000 Walmart U.S. stores to help make this the biggest celebration of National Teddy Bear Day in history.
In addition, Build-A-Bear’s mascot, Bearemy, will be spreading hugs, heart and happiness on Sept. 7 in Build-A-Bear Workshops and on Sept. 8 with visits to iconic landmarks and communities around the world. Everyone who meets Bearemy can snap a picture and share their real-life teddy bear hug using #nationalteddybearday. From 9/2 – 9/7, for each photo that is shared with the hashtag, Build-A-Bear Foundation will donate a teddy bear to a child in need (up to 50,000 teddy bears globally). This year’s donation is expected to be the largest single-day donation in the Foundation’s history."
Their website indicates that there is a limit of 6 National Teddy Bear Day bears per guest.
