Judge Ed Wilson has ordered a new trial for Kevin Johnson, who was convicted in a 2007 shooting of a Durham police officer. Johnson was 24 at the time of his arrest. On Tuesday, Johnson appeared in court and his attorney, Christine Mumma, said, "I am 100% that Kevin Johnson is innocent." The officer survived the shooting.
