Bragg soldier killed in Afghanistan

A soldier stationed at Fort Bragg was killed by enemy fire Tuesday in Afghanistan, the Defense Department said Wednesday.

FORT BRAGG, N.C. — A soldier stationed at Fort Bragg was killed by enemy fire Tuesday in Afghanistan, the Defense Department said Wednesday.

Chief Warrant Officer Michael S. Duskin, 42, of Orange Park, Fla., was on patrol in Wardak province when he was fatally shot.

He was assigned to 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg.
