Bragg Boulevard reopens in Fayetteville after crash involving power lines

A portion of Bragg Boulevard was closed Friday morning after a driver crashed into a utility pole, leaving power lines stretched across the roadway.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A portion of Bragg Boulevard was closed Friday morning after a driver crashed into a utility pole, leaving power lines stretched across the roadway.

The crash occurred before 4:15 a.m. along Bragg Boulevard at Glenwood Drive. The road was closed for three hours while crews made repairs, reopening before 7 a.m.

According to the Fayetteville Police Department, the driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.
