Jennifer Pinder and Kyle Furlow, the north Raleigh moms behind Boot Camp Moms, are back with a quick workout for those troublesome abs.
Their advanced abs floor workout makes me want to say "ouch" just watching the video! But I can share with you that it's definitely a good one!
The workout, which takes just about 20 minutes, includes a suitcase crunch, reverse crunch, slow bicycle, side plank with hip drop and a plank with one foot up at a time. You do all of the moves for one minute each, repeating four times. For a description of how it's done, watch the video.
