Raleigh, N.C. — A wreck with a Triangle Transit Authority bus injured the driver of a BMW station wagon on Spring Forest Road Monday morning, Raleigh police said.
Police said that the bus driver ran a red light going west on Spring Forest, and the bus hit the passenger side of the blue station wagon. The BMW was coming out of a neighborhood on Meadowview Drive shortly before 8 a.m.
Crews took the BMW driver to WakeMed to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. No one else was injured, police said.
One lane of Spring Forest was partially blocked, but traffic was flowing smoothly past.
