Biden to speak about US economy at NC A&T
The White House has announced President Joe Biden will travel to Greensboro on April 14.
Posted — UpdatedAir Force One is expected to land at the Piedmont Triad International Airport in the afternoon. Biden will then travel to North Carolina A&T University to speak about "his administration's efforts to make more in America, rebuild our supply chains here at home and bring costs down for the American people," according to the White House.
Biden is expected to deliver remarks at 2 p.m. after a tour of the nation's largest historically Black college.
The event will not be open to the public.
Some 42% approved of the job Biden has done with 18% strongly approving and 24% somewhat approving. Only 3% weren't sure.
Biden last visited North Carolina in November 2021, where he and the First Lady met with Fort Bragg troops for a Thanksgiving meal.
