Beyond the Truck: Klausie's Pizza

Everybody has a story.

Mike Stenke's story started the day he got married.  That also happened to be the day Mike was laid off.

Armed with a dangerously delicious recipe for pizza but lacking the capital to open a restaurant, Mike decided to dish out his pies from a truck.  Klausie's PIzza was born.

Now, one year later, Raleigh has finally passed a law that will allow food trucks to sell on private property.

My interview with Mike illustrates his desire to succeed and the pursuit of the American dream.
