The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar

The Cowfish is located near North Hills on Six Forks Road. The trendy restaurant is known for its creative sushi rolls, craft burgers and “Burgushi."

At Cowfish, you can get burgers beside sushi or burger-inspired sushi, like the All-American Double Bacon Cheeseburger roll, which features all-natural beef, yellow cheddar cheese, white cheddar cheese, applewood bacon and red onion wrapped in soy paper and potato strings then flash fried. There are also sushi-inspired burgers!
