Extended Holiday Hours: Best Buy has extended their holiday hours in stores for the holiday season and they are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time.
Start Times for Online Sales: According to the Best Buy website, they will not be sharing specific start times for the various online sales in November: "To ensure proper site performance for all our customers, we will not be announcing a specific start time to the events for our Black Friday Ad Deals on

Extended Gift Return and Exchange Policy
According to their website, "Purchases made October 13, 2020 through January 2, 2021 have an extended return period through January 16, 2021, excluding items purchased with a third-party contract (e.g., cell phones, cellular tablets and cellular wearables, AppleCare monthly plans, etc.), holiday products (e.g., artificial trees, lights, decorations, etc.) and major appliances. All other terms and conditions of the Best Buy Return & Exchange Promise apply."
