Behind the scenes tours of the Kennedy Space Center
NASA moved tours and talks normally offered to a handful of social media are available online this week. Tours of the launch pads, Vehicle Assembly Building, and more along with talks with NASA engineers and officials are being broadcast via YouTube.
Posted — UpdatedThe NASA Social program regularly invites their social media followers to the Kennedy Space Center and other NASA centers. Participants are provided media credentials, hear from the scientists and engineers behind missions, and get the opportunity for behind the scenes tours.
Plans for a NASA Social for this week's Demo-2 mission launch were moved online, allowing us all to join in online and via NASA TV. The launch will also be streamed live on WRAL.com on Wednesday.

- 11 am Live Q&A with NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine & Kennedy Space Center Director Bob Cabana
- noon Space Station Research
- 1 pm Commercial Crew STEM Engagement
- 2 pm Live Q&A with NASA Deputy Administrator Jim Morhard
- 3 pm Launch Complex 39A & SpaceX Hanger
- 4 pm Pop in speakers (usually engineers and scientists associated with the mission)
