Before the story airs: Computer repair shop complaints

Every time I read through the complaints, my jaw drops in disbelief. From an iPhone and an iPod Touch being returned in pieces to customers who say they got back other people’s devices and one who says a computer she bought as brand new was actually stolen!

5 On your Side has heard from more than a dozen customers of a chain of local computer repair shops that have operated under a list of different names! Many describe getting the run-a-round and being hung up on when they tried to talk to store employees about the problems What in the world is going on?
