The annual Band Together NC concert fundraiser aired virtually this year on WRAL Wednesday night. The lineup includes Delta Rae, Rissi Palmer and Raleigh's recent showstopper from "America's Got Talent," Tyler Butler-Figeroa.

RALEIGH, N.C. — In its first virtual concert fundraiser, Band Together NC raised $200,800 to help combat racism.

The nonprofit teamed up with the United Way of the Greater Triangle for Wednesday night's “Call for Change: Band Together Against Racism," which aired on WRAL.

The show featured performances by Delta Rae, Rissi Palmer, "America's Got Talent" star Tyler Butler-Figeroa, G Yamazawa, J. Gunn and Autumn Nicholas.

Artists recorded performances at local venues including Durham Performing Arts Center and Lincoln Theatre to be played back during the show.

During the night, "Hamilton" star Renee Elise Goldsberry also gave a one-on-one interview with WRAL News.

The telethon raised money to support the <a href="https://unitedwaytriangle.org/callforchange" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Anti-Racism Community Fund,</a> which aims to turn nationwide conversation around systemic racism into local action by providing resources to develop Triangle-wide community leadership and investing in anti-racism, systems-level solutions to poverty.

Donations can still be <a href="https://unitedwaytriangle.org/callforchange" target="_blank" rel="noopener">made online </a>and by texting CHANGE to 919-860-1015.

Eric Guckian, President and CEO of United Way said that his organization is funding anti-racist work because fighting poverty and fighting racism go hand-in-hand.
