Last week, the folks of N.C. Parent Consultants offered some back to school tips for preschoolers, kindergartners and grade schoolers.
This week, the focus is on middle schoolers and high schoolers.
Today, Toqui Kennedy, a psychologist with N.C. Parent Consultants and a former parent counselor at Project Enlightenment in Wake County, offers tips for parents of middle schoolers. These are the years when peer pressure can really rear its ugly head, Kennedy says. And routine? Yep ... it's still important.
