I hit the treadmill this week for the first time in MONTHS! Before we got married last June I was all over that thing. But, of late, I’ve found it hard to muster the motivation.

Since we got the news about our test results earlier this year I’ve been working out my brain more than my body. I read books, blogs, articles and any number of websites with any insight about fertility. Through it all, I had a hard time just pulling myself off my rear end. The more I festered in inactivity, the more it became a self-fulfilling prophecy. I was in a workout rut.

So now it’s my turn to get back on track. That means 6 a.m. wake up calls, sweaty sports bras and socks dominating the laundry and some sore muscles (at least for a little while). While none of this excites me terribly, the idea of keeping my husband interested during the cold winter months ahead, just might…
