Aviator Brewing's history tracks back to the Fall of 2008 with two tanks in a humble airplane hangar. By January 2009, this small brewing process had grown to include distribution in the Triangle. And in 2010, Aviator said goodbye to the airplane hangar and moved into a larger building to accommodate a greater brewing capacity. 2011 and 2012 have also proved to be flourishing years of growth for this brewing company, with the addition of more fermentation tanks and a bottling system to get Aviator's beers on store shelves.

Any weekend is a good weekend to jump into Aviator's Brewery Tour action. Here are the weekend tour times:
Thursdays: 5pm - 8pm; tour begins at 6pm
Fridays: 5pm - 8pm; tour begins at 6pm
Saturdays: 3pm - 8pm; multiple tours begin at 4pm
