Authorities cancel Silver Alert for missing Tarboro woman

Tarboro, N.C. — Authorities canceled a Silver Alert Friday afternoon for a missing 87-year-old woman from Tarboro.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Alice Barnes Woodruff late Friday morning. It was canceled at about 6 p.m.
No other information about her disappearance has been released.
