The N.C. Museum of Art's popular summertime afternoon performances for kids launches this week.
The series at the Raleigh museum starts Wednesday and runs on Wednesdays until July 28. Tickets for each of the performances are $3. Each show starts at 1 p.m.
This Wednesday features Allan Wolf, who will share his award-winning poetry in a dynamic performance.
The rest of the series includes puppets, music, storytelling and mime. I know that Hobey Ford's Golden Rod Puppets are always popular. He'll be there at 1 p.m. July 14.
Free, drop-in crafts are offered as part of the program.
