RALEIGH, N.C. — The N.C. Museum of Art has a couple of kid-friendly activities coming up this month.
Mindful Museum: Virtual Family Growga Moment is 4 p.m., March 22. During the free, 30-minute class, kids will take part in some movement, mindfulness and connection that's inspired by the museum's collection. It's best for ages 6 and up. Space is limited, so be sure to get a free ticket now if you want to attend. Check the museum's website for more information.
And Art Snacks: Activities for Young Artists is 10 a.m., March 24. Kids will get a "tiny taste" of the museum from your home. It's best for kids ages 3 to 5 and their caregivers. You don't need to register for this one. You just need to head over to the art museum's website on March 24 when the museum will launch videos and art-making activities that you can do at home.

Both programs take place monthly. In April, Art Snacks is April 14 and Mindful Museum is April 26.
