A person was pulled from Harris Lake on Friday, and a search is underway for a second boater. A spokesperson told WRAL News two men who were out fishing crashed into a cement pole in the water and were thrown from the boat.

Antoine Bernard Foxworth, 44, of 193 Holy Mission Lane, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of David Reed McKoy, Harnett County Sheriff Larry Rollins said.

<b>LILLINGTON, N.C.</b> — A Lillington man was arrested Friday in the beating death of a 53-year-old man, authorities said.

McKoy, who lived at the same address as Foxworth, was found beaten to death in the home on Wednesday.

Foxworth was being held with no bond at the Harnett County Detention Center on Friday.
