Calling all aspiring singers, our sister station FOX 50 is giving you a chance to win a guaranteed audition with "American Idol" producers.

Calling all aspiring singers, our sister station FOX 50 is giving you a chance to win a guaranteed audition with "American Idol" producers.

Just head over to Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh on Saturday and compete in FOX 50's Triangle Idol competition. One local singer will win airfare and hotel accommodations for two to New Orleans to audition for Idol producers.

Registration starts at 10 a.m. in the lower level of the mall.

To be eligible to try out you must be:

A legal U.S. citizen and a permanent U.S. resident
Eligible to work full-time.
Live in Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Edgecombe, Franklin, Granville, Halifax, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Nash, Northampton, Orange, Person, Sampson, Vance, Wake, Warren, Wayne or Wilson counties
15 to 28 years old as of June 5, 2012 (which means you must have been born on or before June 6, 1983 & June 5, 1997).
