Moore County authorities were investigating a head-on crash Sunday night involving two cars on N.C. Highway 211, just west of Seven Lakes.
Both drivers, whose names were not released, were taken to Moore Regional Hospital, and then one of the drivers was flown to Duke Hospital, according to sheriff's officials.
