Fire burns Durham garage

Firefighters responded to a fire on Furman Lane in Durham on Sunday morning.

Investigators said the fire was contained to a garage, which was detached from the house. The garage was destroyed by the fire.

The cause of the fire was not known, but a neighbor said it started while the homeowner was pressure washing the home.

No one was injured, firefighters said.
