Johnston County shooting injures two

A shooting in the Buck Adams mobile home park injured two men in their mid-20s early Saturday, according to the Johnston County Sheriff's Office.

Spokeswoman Tammy Amaon said calls about the shooting on Buck Road, south of Middlesex, came in around 3 a.m.

The men, whose names weren't released, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, Amaon said. They were transported to WakeMed.

Investigators were searching for silver Mitsubishi Eclipse seen near the scene. No arrests have been made.
