A man sought in a Sunday shooting death surrendered to police Monday evening.
Officers responding to a reported shooting in the 500 block of Water Street at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday found Carl Hart, 29, of 647 Vance St. Paramedics took him to Maria Parham Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
