The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for James Ernest Coley, 55, of Durham.
Coley is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

He is described as a black man, 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds. He has short, black hair and brown eyes.
Coley was last seen Sept. 2 at his residence on N. Elizabeth Street.
