When is the next eclipse? i'm really interested in space and all that and im planning to be an astronaut . i was wondering if u can tell me the answer.

MIKE MOSS SAYS:       Shamily,     The following eclipses are coming up, but none are visible in any significant way from our part of the world: Partial lunar eclipse on Aug 16, 2008; Annular solar eclipse on Jan 26, 2009; Total solar eclipse on Jul 22, 2009; Partial lunar eclipse on Dec 31, 2009.

The next major eclipse visible from central NC is a total lunar eclipse on Dec 21, 2010.
