How can I track the pollen count. I am very allergic, but I want to walk every day and can't when it is too high?

and either selecting a city from the upper box or entering your zip code in the lower box. You can also look up current and recent pollen concentrations (given in units of pollen grains per cubic meter of air) measured at stations in Charlotte and Durham by clicking on one of those cities at

Finally, the NC Division of Air Quality takes pollen counts Mon-Fri in Raleigh, and makes those counts available at

http://xapps.enr.state.nc.us/aq/ambient/Pollen.jsp

There is also a "subscribe" link on that site where you can request NC DAQ add you to an e-mail distribution so that the count will be automatically sent to your e-mail address each day.
