The Lee County sheriff says a man charged with cyberstalking him is out of jail.
On Tuesday, the Lee County Sheriff's Office arrested John Robert McDonald, 57, of Broadway.

McDonald was charged with 14 counts of cyberstalking and was placed in the Lee County Jail under a $28,000 bond.
According to e-courts, the arrest document identifies the victim in this case as Brian Estes, the Lee County sheriff.
Documents said McDonald cyberstalked the sheriff "for the purpose of abusing, threatening, terrifying, harassing, or embarrassing Brian Estes."
Estes told WRAL News that several other members of his staff, as well as the Broadway Police Department and citizens, were also victims of McDonald.
On Wednesday, Estes said a judge reduced McDonald's bond, allowing him to get out of jail.
"This is an example of how we try to protect the public and ourselves from dangerous individuals and then they go right back on the street without getting the help they truly need," Estes wrote.
The sheriff also posted an explicit video that appeared to be recorded by McDonald.
In the video, McDonald says "karma is coming" for the sheriff and his family.
