Mini string lights recalled due to burn, fire hazards

Check your holiday decorations, string lights are being recalled because they can cause a fire.

The bulbs on connectible mini-string lights made by Bunkhouse and Lotsa Lites, can overheat when plugged directly into an outlet.

That’s happened three times, but thankfully no injuries have been reported.

They were sold in three different types of packaging: Christmas, everyday and Halloween.

Stop using and unplug the recalled string lights immediately and contact the manufacturer, DM Merchandising, for a full refund.
