Man's body found near in woods near Circle K in Fayetteville

Police on Tuesday found a man's body near a car wash at a Circle K in Fayetteville.

Before 10 a.m., officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to the Circle K gas station at 971 Glensford Drive after people reported a body near the car wash.

Officer's found a man's body in a wooded area.

The man was not identified.

A death investigation is underway.
