Two, including juvenile, charged in Hillsborough teenager's shooting death

Two people, including a juvenile, were charged in a teenager's shooting death.

Alexander Capell Johnson, 22, of Hillsborough was arrested Friday in Burlington. He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Nicholas Frank. Johnson remained at the Orange County Jail under no bond.

A second person, a juvenile, has been in custody since Aug. 31 on charges related to the shooting, police said. Additional information about the teen was not released.

Frank was shot and killed around 9:30 p.m. on June 29 in a parking lot near the main entrance of Bellevue Apartments. Police said Frank lived close to the location of the shooting.
