“All of these fly by nights sites tend to pop up and tend to be selling all the same products but with different names those are things you want to watch out for,” said Munisteri.
Also be very cautious about emails, phone calls and texts you receive with unbelievable deals.
Look for HTTPS in the URL, any information you send over the internet can be intercepted by a cyber attacker.
Also you may hear this a lot, but change your password often.
Use different passwords for different stores sites.. and use at least 10 to 12 characters.
